In the system of membership there is a difference between a Sponsor and an Upline. A Sponsor refers to the person who introduced to the new member the FERN business. The sponsor will receive the Direct Override Rebate on the new member’s initial purchase of 2 boxes. A Fern C member is an Independent Distributor who may purchase FERN-C at a discount either for personal use or for resale. On the other hand, a FERNchise-C is also a member who may keep inventory of FERN-C or who may stock FERN-C for resale to non-members, to new members, and for maintenance of existing members.

One of the responsibilities of a Fern C member is called as the “Maintenance”, which refers to the number of boxes of Fern C that a member must purchase in a certain month in order to avail of the corresponding MLM rebates earned for that particular month.
