Fern C : Its First Product

Basically, it’s a non-acidic Vitamin C in Sodium Ascorbate form. The Business : FERNegosyante
A member becomes a “FERNegosyante” if he/she recruits 15 directs or more under his Level 1. Because of perseverance, one will receive a FERNegosyante Bonus Pool. It refers to the monthly incentive that FERN gives to all FERNegosyantes. It will be computed based on the member’s group sales volume from his Levels 1 to 10. Then, it will be released to the member provided that he/she has Maintenance of 5 boxes per month.
In the system of membership there is a difference between a Sponsor and an Upline. A Sponsor refers to the person who introduced to the new member the FERN business. The sponsor will receive the Direct Override Rebate on the new member’s initial purchase of 2 boxes. The Upline is the person whom the new member shall be directly attached or connected in the MLM network. Accordingly, the new member shall fall under the Upline’s Level 1.
In its real sense, the Sponsor and the Upline can be one and the same person. In fact, they also allow a Sponsor to attach the new recruit under anybody in his network. Now in this case, the Sponsor and the Upline may differ.
The FERNegosyo business plan is designed to compensate every member for using the product, sharing it, and training other distributors. To date, it is the only business plan that gives rewards every step along the way; as one grows and matures in the business. It revolves around the idea of sharing the product as well as sharing the income potential. Hence, the compensation works well for every member.
The Compensation Plan
Six (6) ways to earn as an Independent Distributor
1. Direct Override Rebate — A member earns PhP 500 rebate from the initial purchase of a new member he/she directly sponsors into the business.
2. Retail Profits — Members automatically get 33% discount off the retail price of Fern C. A member earn by selling it at a retail price of PhP 750.
3. Referror’s Fee — A member earns the monthly 2% on the monthly purchase volume of a referred FERNchise-C. For this earning to be credited to the member, he has to meet the following requirements:
* Monthly Maintenance
* Sales and Membership Criteria
4. Sales Rebates and Patronage Bonus — rebates derived from Multi-level Marketing (MLM) from Levels 1-10 with a minimum purchase of one (1) box per month. The rebates are based on purchases made by members under your network.
5. Consumer Build-up Bonus (CBB) – Additional bonus awaits a member who builds his/her network from Levels 1-10 and maintains monthly personal purchases based on position. Distributors with only 1 to 4 Level 1 members do not qualify yet for the CBB.
6. FERNegosyante Bonus Pool – Once a member achieves the position of FERNegosyante (having 15 or more members at Level 1), he/she is entitled to participate in the FERNegosyante Bonus Pool as determined by the company. A FERNegosyante shall share in this bonus pool pro-rata (maintain 5 boxes.)
A Fern C member is an Independent Distributor who may purchase FERN-C at a discount either for personal use or for resale. On the other hand, a FERNchise-C is also a member who may keep inventory of FERN-C or who may stock FERN-C for resale to non-members, to new members, and for maintenance of existing members.
One of the responsibilities of a Fern C member is called as the “Maintenance”, which refers to the number of boxes of Fern C that a member must purchase in a certain month in order to avail of the corresponding MLM rebates earned for that particular month. The Maintenance depends on the position and type of rebates.
How To Start The Fern C Business
In order to be a qualified member or distributor, one can simply purchase 2 boxes of FERN-C for P750.00 each (total - P1,500.00). Consequently, free registration comes with the single purchase of 2 boxes. Now, a prospective member may sign up directly at the FERN Head Office or thru any of the accredited FERNchise-Cs all throughout the country.
How To Start As Independent Distributor
* Attend the Business Opportunity Meeting (BOM) to evaluate the potential of the business.
* Purchase the initial required products at the Retail Price to be a member.
* Sign the Fern Negosyante Application Form to become a Fern-C Independent Distributor.
Once signed as a member, one can now participate in the FERNegosyo business by building his/her network of users and sellers.
A new member cannot be positioned in the network without a Sponsor and/or Upline. His registration will remain pending unless the proper Sponsor and Upline have been properly identified (based on ID number).
